Diabetes is a serious health issue and left unchecked it can be fatal. It seems that the number of people who are diagnosed with diabetes rises each year. The food that we eat and the lack of exercise we get seem to be the main culprits.
There are supplements like HL12 made by Holy Land Health that is supposed to help those that suffer from diabetes. But can HL12 really do anything to help you out? We did an extensive review to find out for you!
What is HL12?
HL12 is a diabetes support supplement, though it’s not just any supplement. It is a so-called “biblical supplement“. It includes 12 ingredients known to be mentioned in the Bible.
These ingredients are mentioned in both the Old Testament and the New Testament. One of the ingredients is cinnamon. You can find this in your everyday stores. Some of the other ingredients are much rarer than this. Many of them are so rare that they are shipped from various parts of the world.
This supplement is said to be so rare and beneficial that it aids in fighting off Type 2 Diabetes. It is also known to help a person get healthier glucose levels. This supplement is not just any supplement.
It is said to have great biblical significance. Society teaches us at a very young age that the gospel is meant to be a direct message from God. Well, this supplement is reportedly supposed to have this very same message.
The Bible teaches us that God has the power to remove any and all diseases from our minds and bodies. Many of us tend to forget this in this day and age. According to those who helped create this supplement, it is meant to be a reminder of all of this.
Benefits of HL12
The first thing I will tell you is you have to understand how the program works. It is a program of sorts. You have to know how to handle your diabetes and your food intake before using this product. The capsules are supposed to be taken before each meal you eat. You do need to drink a great deal of water with these pills. Mainly it is to keep you hydrated.
It is beneficial in maintaining your diabetes and glucose levels. It is also supposed to help provide you with healthy insulin levels. There are people who say it also helps with weight loss. I am not entirely sold on this one either. I feel there are better products out there to help with weight loss.
I will say as a sidebar that eating right and keeping active is key. With many supplements like this, many assume they can just eat whatever the like. They assume you do not have to keep active and exercise. This is not true. Studies show that keeping fit and eating right are the main ingredients to losing weight. Supplements are supposed to be there as an added bonus.
The other benefit is it is made in the U.S. Some people are concerned by adverse effects of a product like this. When something is made here in the U.S., you do not have to worry about it.
Let us now take a look at the ingredients that are supposedly in this. I am looking at this list and some of the ingredients are not as rare as they may suggest
There is cinnamon. There are things like zinc and magnesium. Tell me when the last time these two were considered to be rare? You can buy them down at your local grocery store.
There is bitter melon. This one is also not as rare as you would think it is. There is Vitamins A and C. This, again, is not brand new. We need these two to survive on a daily basis.
Juniper Berries and Banaba can be located. All you have to do is put some effort into it. Worse comes to worse, you can order these two online for a low price and have them shipped.
It is true that most of these are found in the Bible. I was expecting something totally off the wall that is not produced anymore. To those of us who are properly educated, you can find each one of these online or in the store.
I am not convinced at how “healing and divine” this ingredient list is. Seems to be a lot of hype for something that is like any other supplement out there.
Diabetes is Hard to Fight!… (And Expensive)
The Bible teaches us about this fight, according to many bible preachers. This fight is prevalent in the bible and its scripture passages. According to scripture, it is meant to be God’s will that we do not suffer. It is his will that we are to be cured and we walk this earth free of disease, especially Type 2 Diabetes.
This supplement is meant to be the answer to our prayers with this fight, as well as others. The notation of the “Biblical ingredients” is meant to be the answer we are all looking for.
The price point for this divine intervention is also pretty hefty:
One Bottle (one month supply) – $69.00
Three Bottles (three month supply) – $176.00
Six Bottles (six month supply) – $314.00
Twelve Bottles (twelve month supply) – $490.00
Something does not feel right here. I am not one to question divine intervention, especially if it is coming from a genuine place. This seems like a steep price to receive it, though.
Are HL12 Reviews Online Telling the Truth?
Reviews are like anything else in life, they do not give you a full picture. They are, however, worth taking a look at. When it comes to the reviews, it all comes down to the purpose behind it.
Some go out of their way to write a really good review, a review that sums the product up effectively and properly. Others tend to paint lies in order to diminish a product.
All I can say is you need to do your own research on this. I will say that having Vitamin C and A included is encouraging. There is also something encouraging about having zinc and magnesium in HL12.
Some reviewers have gotten some good benefits from it. Some say that it really does go a long way to help manage their Diabetes better. Others say it is a scam.
Is HL12 a Scam?
There are numerous reviews all saying this product is nothing more than a scam. It is being touted as “The Holy Land” and “The Savior” in health. I guess it all depends on your perspective. I can see where some might view it as a scam. I can see where some say that it does deceive, especially those lacking in knowledge into buying the product.
There are many out there who place a great deal in “Divine Intervention“. There are many who want to be “saved”. They want to believe that a product can do all of this and more. I personally feel that only you save you. No one can do it for you.
The Good Thing About HL12
I can see where it does have health benefits. As long as you are eating right and staying fit, a little extra Vitamin does not hurt. As long as you are taking care of your Diabetes or Glucose levels properly, there is nothing wrong with a helping hand.
What We Think About HL12
I do have a problem with a product that says “only it can save you“. I do have a product that touts “the Bible” as the catalyst. To me this is blasphemy. I am not religious by any means, but I do know the difference between right and wrong. No product should be used to “save” the weak or sick. Being sick or weak is not something to be undermined or pushed by a company for profit.
I am not saying there are not some good benefits from this. I do feel that the company should be using a different approach. Using the Bible as the selling point will be upsetting up a number of people.
Should You Buy HL12?
Would I use this product? First of all, I do not suffer from Type 2 Diabetes. Secondly, my glucose levels are good. I would not use this product. To me, it is just another supplement being used to make money off of unsuspecting people. I do not mean to sound so skeptical, but I am not one to buy into all the hype.
To me, this product is nothing more than hype. I would encourage consumers to do their own thinking on this product. In other words, do not jump on the bandwagon because someone you know did.
Use your own mind. Do your own thinking here. I would also encourage consumers to not buy into this product because the “Bible” is telling you to do so. Divine intervention is important, but it is not an excuse to make a poor choice.
I feel there are other supplements out there which do a better job. I feel there are other supplements which have more lasting effects. Talk to you doctor before you buy this. See what your doctor says about HL12. He or she may know something you do not.
